The Juniata Valley School District (JVSD) requests sealed bids for the repair and replacement of exterior doors and frames at its campus in Alexandria, PA. Bids will be accepted from the date of publication until 11:00 AM on December 18th, 2026, at the District Office, 7775 Juniata Valley Pike, Alexandria, PA 16611. A public bid opening will follow.

 

Specifications may be obtained from Mr. Robbie Hall at rhall@jvsd.org or the JVSD website at www.jvsd.org. PA prevailing wage rates will apply and must be specified in all bids.

 

A mandatory walk-through meeting for both buildings will be held at the above address on Thursday, December 3rd, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Bids will not be accepted from any vendor not in attendance at this meeting.

 

JVSD reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waives any formality or technicality in any bid not in its best interest. Bids may be held for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating Bidder qualifications prior to contract award.
