• Today’s letter day will follow the D schedule.

• Any student wishing to purchase hornet tattoos can at Mrs. Johnson’s room. Please wait for a 5th grader to escort you down after announcements.

• 2nd graders, you will visit a pumpkin farm for Science Club! You can go on a hayride through a pumpkin patch! Return your permission slip in today so that you can join the fun!

• Kid’s Street at the Alexandria Hartslog Festival is tomorrow from 10am-2pm! Enjoy crafts, snacks, and a movie. 

• 4th grade Drum and Percussions please report to the music room after announcements. 4th grade Trumpet and Trombone lessons are Tuesday. 

• Don’t forget to sell, sell, sell! PTO fundraiser forms are due next Wednesday, October 16th

• Save your Box Tops and Dimes! Box Tops Blitz and Dime Drive collection is until October 18th. Place your Box Tops and dimes in a baggie or sealed envelope. Be sure to include your name!

• Don’t forget to return your Visiting Author RSVP form and Pet Parade Posters for Family Reading Night! We are collecting items for the Humane Society until October 18th!. 

• Mrs. Miller is waiting to count Hornet TEAM bucks as your envelope come in. We’ll let you know if we make it to 40,000!
