Our first Family Reading Night of the school year will be Tuesday, October 22, 2019 6:00-7:30 at JVES

Please join us for our annual author visit and family reading night. This year's visiting author is Altoona Area High School graduate, Dr. Stephanie Itle-Clark. 

During her visit, she will share the children's books she has written that celebrate her love of animals and compassion toward others.You will also have the chance to purchase your own autographed books.

In keeping with her theme of compassion toward others and love of animals, we will be collecting items to donate to the Huntingdon County Humane Society. Items can be dropped off at school or brought that night. 

We will also be celebrating our own love of animals by having a pet picture parade!

Permission slips went home to sign up, but if you need another one, contact the office at 669-4422 and one can be sent home or emailed.
