Mr. Lyons came to Juniata Valley High school in August of 2013, following two previous years of Athletic Training experience.  In 2011-2012, Lyons was a graduate assistant Athletic Trainer at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), working primarily with the Football and Men’s/Women’s Basketball programs.

Following Post-Secondary graduation, he worked as the Athletic Trainer at Bellwood-Antis High School for one school year before moving to Juniata Valley.   

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from IUP (2011) and a master’s degree in Sports Administration from IUP (2012).  Wes is a BOC-certified and Pennsylvania licensed athletic trainer.
